I never thought about counting milk (aside from cereal!!!) until you said... Maybe I should be tallying up 1pp per cup or 5 a day for milk or something - eeeek!

Didn't know quavers were 2pp... Taste much better than the ww cheese puffs I have for my dinner so u will bear that in mind!!

You're supposed to use 3pp worth of milk which would be half a pint of skimmed milk. I use the 1% orange cap milk but point it as the same :) not that I use half a pint but there you go.

I try not to deprive myself with food I just try and find a healthier alternative. For example I've switched to weight watchers cheese and bread. And I don't eat crisps that are more than 2 pp. I used to be terrible for eating crisps maybe even 4 packets a day. Now I have 2maximum and always 2pp lol

I love quavers. And skips. And hoops and crosses they are what keeps me going lol.

I love earning activity points. I Never eat them but I love seeing how many I've gained over the course of the day.

I've earnt nearly 9 today :) will get to 10 by the end of the day :) x

I'm a lot heavier than you so it probably takes me a lot less to earn an activity point lol. I am happy with 10 though that's what I aim for if I do exercise :) x

I wouldn't worry too much about the milk - I use skimmed and it's 1pp per half pint so you wouldn't be putting in 1pp worth per cup, probably more like 1pp in the 5 :) If its working without counting it I wouldn't bother starting! I have sugar in my tea (max 2 cups/day) & I don't count that....naughty :D

It's nice to see my diary a bit busier!!

I've had a fab day again today!
Got up early and had breakfast weetabix again :) with banana. My new fave I think lol

We were going for a picnic today with my auntie and her grandson so we made ww friendly chicken and bacon pasta last night. It worked out as 8 points for the whole thing.
I had about 3 quarters of it so 6 points and a packet of quavers. Yummy! We sat and had out picnic about half way down our walk which was lovely.

When we got to the top end of the bay my family all sat having tea and cake and I had my calippo shots again for 1pp before we walked back. Lush weather and a nice breeze. We all burnt! I just burnt a bit on my chest and shoulders and I have a fetching sun glasses mark on my face lol.

My mum and brother on the-other hand burnt loads. They have ginger skin.

We then went to sainsburys. My mum has recently given up smoking and uses the rechargeable cigarettes so she gets them there. We had a browse. I love mooching round shops!

So for dinner I had a morrisons nume meal peppercorn chicken and potatoes and 2 slices of garlic bread worked out as 16 pp

I had a weight watchers ice cream for afters for 4pp

I've eaten a fair bit today but found I was still hungry. Luckily my cousin text me asking me to drop her phone charger around her house so I was taken away from temptation. On my way home I popped back in sainsburys to see if they had josi gibbons DVD but they didn't :(. I then went to morrisons to get some fruit got some strawberries and bananas. I had to buy some fruit cause I would of eaten junk and with only 2pp left I can't risk putting on weight lol. So fruit it is!

On the plus side I have earnt 11 activity points today!!!! 852steps to go until 12 so hopefully ill get that too lol

I really enjoyed my day yesterday. I, the type of person that if I don't have plans I will just slob about the house all day. Lazyness! I would rather be up dresses and out lol

I can't seem to find it Anywhere. It's flying off the shelves. Ill just have to stick to the gym (if I ever get there) and get the DVD when it's a bit cheaper.

I love the weight watchers plan. I've made some simple changes in my life. I don't deprive myself by any means. I just decided that no one else could do anything about my weight but me. So I needed to take control of my own life if I want to be healthy and not be a fatty any more!

I've not heard of Jodie Gibson, is it a fitness DVD? Will have to look it up.

It's high intensity interval training. It's called the 30 second slim. So it brings your pulse right up as you woulda interval training. Apparently it's the best training for burning fat :) xx

I did see your post on your thread! Amazing loss well done! I bet you were over the moon!

Thank you so much for saying that. I can only see it when I look at pictures lol

I still have a very long way to go because the weight I should be for my height is about 8 and a half stone. But I'd like to be 12 stone to start. So that's another 5 and a half.

I aim to lost 2.5lbs a week until Xmas and see where I go from there! Which means if all goes to plan I should have lost another 4.5 stone by then :) but to be on the safe side id say 3.5 and I'd be happy with that :).

I like the vests you bought they're very cool.
