Okay today was more positve than yesterday and I think I've lessened the damage caused from that yummy but ridiculously synful egg!!
Breakfast - natural yogurt and melon
Lunch - mugshot, alpen bar
Dinner - quorn Kieves (2.5syns) SW chips, beans 1xbread (6syns)
Exercise - 1 hour of boot camp
Total syns left - 64/105
