Time to get skinny again!!!!

I get so annoyed with myself when I'm having a great day and then I go and sabotage it...lol.. This week I'm determined to get back on it properly! :)

I know so do I Gemsta! I always think if I knew I was going to blow it I would have at least brought something that is worth blowing it for haha!! I'm really excited to get back to bootcamp though I know il be aching tomorrow haha!!

I know exactly what you mean!...lol.. By the way...not long had one of those Alpen Jaffa Bars...OMG! Lush! Glad I got the 6 boxes now! ;)
 
Lol... well I love Jaffa cakes so guessed I'd like them! Just have to keep Ray away from them now too!..lol... I have another one for later too ;)
 
It's a new day and I have so much motivation.. hoping it lasts!! My boyfriend qualifies from the army in May so I've just brought a new dress for that which is a size 8 so I really have to knuckle down so I can fit into that especially as I've heard the designs are small size 8s.. yikes!! Decided I'm going to go for a run today as I haven't got a lot of super free with my meals so trying to makeup for it in exercise (and to get ride of my jelly belly lol) hope everyones enjoying the sun today :) xx

So today like most days started great and ended up ruined (when will I learn!!!!) decided I'm going to start counting my syns per week starting today which has surprisingly made me feel much more positive about using slightly too many today!!

Today's food as follows

Lunch - mugshot, Alpen light (hex b) WW yogurt

Dinner - wrap pizza (hex a) (6.5 syns) SW chips

Snack - Alpen bar (hex b) melon, half a cadburys egg (26 SYNS YIKES!!!)

Exercise - 4 mile walk, 1 mile run

Total syns left - 72.5/105

Lol... You did exactly the same as I did last week with the bloody Easter egg..lol... I tried to flexi syn to recover but still blew it anyway, so don't do what I did there....lol..try stay focused and divide your remaining syns by the days you have left this week, that way you will know you have no more than 'X' syns per day to stay at 105 or less for the week. :)
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one Gemsta!! tbh it was sooooo worth it hehehe!! Back on it today and just done a hours work off bootcamp which was soo tough so hopefully il ache a lot tomorrow!! Going to do some food shopping today to get prepared for the week coming so if any one has any suggestions that would be fab!! Thinking of making a SW quiche to have a work for the week!! Okay today was more positve than yesterday and I think I've lessened the damage caused from that yummy but ridiculously synful egg!!

Breakfast - natural yogurt and melon
Lunch - mugshot, alpen bar
Dinner - quorn Kieves (2.5syns) SW chips, beans 1xbread (6syns)
Exercise - 1 hour of boot camp

Total syns left - 64/105
