Good luck, stick with it and you will see the results. I'm just starting week 4 and I've lost 19lb, even im in shock with it. Drink plenty of water I lose more the more I drink. Your taste buds may not think much to the packs to start but it does change. If you start with headaches take some paracetamol, don't suffer I only took one lot and it went. Keep posting.

Well, at work drinking a chocolate milkshake, had a black coffee this am...yuck! I have got a peppermint tea brewing on my desk and will attempt to drink 2 litres of water whilst at work and then have at least another litre at home...day one here we come!! x
