Wedding and Bikini Body Diary Target member:)

Glad you had a good hen do!! Your food sounds yummy!! I'm so excited to get on holiday and have an ice cream!!!!
 
I've not been on here last few days as I have been doing slim fast. I've got my dress fitting on Wednesday and need to be as close to target as possible. I've stuck at it everyday since Wednesday and hoping for a good loss on Monday. Won't quite hit target but will be close.
 
Hiya :)

had a a nice date night with my other half last night but oh my I ate so much!

1 x onion bhaji
1 piece of lamb tikka
we shared a tikka massala and a tikka madras and boiled rice
nearly a whole cheese naan

2 glassesof wine
Half a pint of cobra
2 vodkas
a wham bar

i think I've gained all I've lost this week :-(
 
Tomorrow :-( struggling today with a hangover too which is proving difficult to stick to slim fast but the days half way through and I'm still on plan
 
Good Morning diary!

I'm back in slimmingworld again but going to be doing a week of the fast forward plan. I'm going to be keeping a diary of my food but not any details such as measurements and amounts as per slimming world rules.

i fly to Greece 5 weeks today and have 5lbs to lose so time to get serious!
 
Tuesday 24th June - Fast forward

Breakfast
- 2 x poached eggs on wholemeal bread
- 1 pint of water

Lunch
- Feta salad and a mini pitta bread
- 1 pint of water

Dinner
Tesco healthy Living ready meal - schezuan chicken noodles
- 1 pint of water

Snacks
Rich tea finger biscuits

Thanks fast forward is a plan your consultant can give you if you are getting stuck and your losses are slowing it's considered as a last resort really.
 
Wednesday 25th June - Fast forward


Breakfast
- Cornflakes with skimmed milk and strawberries
- 1 pint of water


Lunch
- Cheese on wholemeal toast with Lea and Perrins
- 1 pint of water


Dinner
Tesco healthy Living ready meal - chicken tikka masala
- 1 pint of water


Snacks
Rich tea finger biscuits

Thanks Sam it went really well! That's it now just got to pick it up 4 weeks today and then it's being packed up ready for Kefalonia.
 
Thursday 26th June - Fast forward


Breakfast
- 2 x rashers of lean bacon with 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 1 pint of water


Lunch
- Chicken pasta bake ready meal
- 1 pint of water


Dinner
- feta salad with mini pitta bread
- 1 pint of water


Snacks
Rich tea finger biscuits
 
It is very tasty with a splash of balsamic vinegar :)

Not feeling great today, having stomach pains so going to see how the day goes I'll make a plan and try and stick to it have no appetite at the moment though.
