I didn't end up sticking to yesterday's plan after my lunch of mince I felt so sick! Last two times I've had food poisoning it's been after having it, now I can't eat it without feeling ill not having it any more from now on.
It feels good to have a day on oan under my belt again, not got much on til weigh in on Monday so hoping for the scales to move by at least a little bit!

Not been on here the last two days as I've been busy with my sons 2nd birthday happy to report that I lost 2lb at weigh in tonight though! That's a whole 7 lbs lost this month, I was worried id slow down now I'm so close to target, but still going strong x

Thank you Jennie, I've gone abit crazy since weigh in on Monday food wise, there was too much naughty food in the hose from my sons birthday. I'm back today though and ready to get these last pounds off!
Aiming for minimal syns to prevent a gain in Monday.

I've had a bad week since monday really just can't get my head into it, hoping my motivation comes back soon. Doesn't help that I'm feeling under the weather with headache and sore throat boohoo anyway here's to a good couple of days so weigh in on Monday isn't too disastrous x
