What you going to do differently this week?

well i done as i set out to do, 100% on place, not going over syns and it showed a 4.5lbs loss :)

I'm going to run every other day, no alcohol, within 8 syns, on plans a track!
 
I've bought myself a big weekly planner white board :) my downfall is failing to plan...which always equals a plan to fail!! With both food and exercise, so I've written up my week and ready for action! Also I've been studying diabetes at uni this week and its scared the hell out of me.. So another new thing this week : cut down on sugar xxx
 
Cut out the gin and tonic every night to every other night. Eat more fish :)
