Yesterday was another good day, though in my head I felt like I'd eaten way too much. This morning was the official weigh-in, and it was as I'd weighed yesterday, so can happily say that I'm now officially 11st4lbs - which also means...drum roll please... that's a total of ONE STONE lost since I started on my diet

Very very happy. There's no way I'm ever going to let myself creep back up to 12st. Once I reach my target weight I plan on keeping up weighing to either once or twice a month, and I'll probably keep using Myfitnesspal, make sure I stick to this lifestyle change.
So I've now got two weeks to reach 11st, so really need to push it this week for a nice 2lb weight loss. Got some tips from a trainer at the gym about interval training, so going to implement that when I go, and hopefully that should boost the weight loss. I've also got a night out in Manchester planned for Friday 14th, so if I can reach my goal, going to treat myself to a nice glitzy dress
