Well that was my first fast day anyway. Im doing 500 cals tues and fri the other days im monitoring what I eat but not restricting it, just ensuring im not going above my maintain my weight allowance (on mfp) for which is quite a lot because of my weight! I had been dabling in vlcds so used to fasting but kept going off track. So seems pointless to try and do it then fail every week or so. Find it mentally hard to restart a vlcd too. But as it's just 1 day im hoping I will be ok so lost a stone on the vlcd and not gained it back.. so going from there. . Its been nearly 2 months since I first did the vlcd and its just fluctuated so need to find something that will keep me going down that I won't throw in the towel lol even 1lb a week would be good
