Lyndsey's Calorie Counting, Exercise and Hardwork Diary
I'm 28 years old, married with a 2 year old and a 8 month old baby. Since having my little girl 8 months ago I decided enough was enough and I had to shift the fat once and for all.
I was 19 stone 2lb now currently 15 stone thanks to VLCD. I have maintained for 2 month now but need to knuckle down again but don't have the will power to stick to no food VLCD so I'm on the calorie counting and hardwork wagon now.
I will be starting tomorrow look forward to getting to know you all x

This is going to sound really lame but I'm working full time and with the 2 little ones find it hard to get out to a gym but have kettle bells, hoola hoop, 30 day shred and a rowing machine.
not lame at all hun whatever works for you and your life style
Morning all, woke up feeling very positive. My loose plan fur the day us -
Breakfast : egg, bacon, sausage & mushrooms
Lunch: carrots, celery & pepper sticks with houmous
Tea: chicken, broccoli, peas & carrots
Hi, I was in S&S with you but have recently moved over to here too. Took my body a couple of weeks to adjust to eating normally and doing exercise but am now losing again as still have a couple more stone to get off. Good luck xx

Really good now thank you. I started a kickboxing class and go twice a week, really good for weight loss and fitness. I'm having around 1200cals a day and having wine at the weekends so it's good being able to enjoy myself again. What's your plan now then? xx
Plan now is healthy eating 1200 calories and exercise - kettle bells, hoola hoop, rowing.
I'm hoping this will result in 1-2lb loss a week.
I have 3 and a half stone to loose and hopefully will be gine this year.

Today has been a good day kept myself busy by abit of gardening, taking the kids for a walk and a kids party.
B: egg, bacon & mushroom baguette
L: half a bag of frazzle crisps & 5 haribo
T: chicken, spring onion, celery, red pepper, carrots & houmous followed by a homemade chocolate biscuit
Total - 1280
B: apple, banana & yoghurt
L: celery, cucumber, pepper & carrot with beetroot and mint houmous
T: 2 x boiled egg, salad & bread
S: chocolate biscuits
Total - 1100
There has been food everywhere at work today - strawberry cheesecake easter eggs, guillian chocolates, haribo, beef rolls & I did pick a bit.
Today why like this -
B: rice krispies, banana & apple
L: tuna pasta salad
T: sausage, egg & chips followed by jelly
S: haribo, chocolates, biscuit
Total - 1450 approx so over my daily target of 1200 so I will be hammering the kettlebells and sit ups tonight
day doesn't sound terrible rein it in the the excersize hun after the gym went into town and something called a spikey mike fell into my mouth!! a shortbread choccy covered biscuit with sprinkles!!
How are the kettle bells working for you? xx
