I wanted to share with u all this amazing recipe for a syn free dressing - perfect for salad or even better ...a pasta salad
500g fat free natural yoghurt
2 tbsp English mustard
Little White wine vinegar
One garlic clove
Handful of a fresh herb of your choice - coriander etc
Seasoning
One or...
I had things like pasta and veg, rice salad, fish and roasted veg and loads of fruit to snack on! Think the fruit really helps!
Not looking forward to this week thou - was my bday and going on night out tomorrow! Not looking forward to the scales on wed!!
Yeh I like the look of the easy entertaining one because I still want to have friends round and be able to cook tasty meals for them although I am finding a lot of the recipes very good! You can hardly tell with most of them that you are on a diet! x

I'm confused and don't know whether this is an error in the book (new one) it says 125ml of red wine is 4.5 syns and 250ml is 8.5 syns!? All others are doubled as you would expect eg rose wine 125ml is 4.5 and 250ml is 9 syns
