are these feelings normal after this length of time?

can anyone help?? im on day 10 of ss im in ketosis as im +++ on sticks. i feel light headed, giddy and clammy, there is also blood in my urine.

its a great feeling, makes me more determined to carry on and stick with it especially after seeing good results. even more proud of myself because i went to 2 bbqs over the weekend and resisted, but i get my food fix by cooking for others.

I can't believe it, i have gotten back from my 1st weigh in and found out im 12 lbs lighter!!! i'm so pleased and lovin cd!:scale::wow:
