    I agree! I just want to wear my running shoes everywhere because they are so comfy! :) only pair of shoes that dont cut or hurt my feet lol

    Green tea

    you can buy flavoured green teas if you dont like just plain :) i bought pineapple and mango flavoured yesterday, ive never tried normal green tea so i cant comment on the taste of it but the pineapple one is quite nice :) i seen cranberry, orange etc green tea in tescos yday x

    30 day squat challenge

    I keep starting and then forgetting about it and going back to the start! If you stuck to it I reckon you would defo see results :) if you're thinking of doing it get yourself a set of small dumbbells and try to use them when you squat for better results x

    My faves are banana on wholemeal toast or scrambled egg whites with wholemeal toast and sometimes bacon medallions with it :)

    to feel more confident, to be fitter and healthier. And most importantly to make myself proud and succeed for once!! :)
