I am loving having soup at the moment as its so nice and syn saving :p thing is due to work etc I need easy ways of doing things so I stick to the plan....so brought a soup maker which I tried curried vegetable soup in and it was super yummy and quick/easy....does anyone else have a soup maker...

For the recipes using Smash and Cous Cous......would you just like for like weights? So however much the bread would be use the same amount of smash?

Tried you Meatballs in tomato Sauce last night and it was AMAZ-BALLS!!!!! Honestly it was sooooo good I kept a bit for my lunch today :D having the Piri Piri chicken tonight and if it tastes half as good as last night then its a keeper in my recipe folder, thank you so so much!!!!!!!

Can anyone suggest a simple vanilla yoghurt thats is low syn? I eat it will a chopped banana for my breakfast and didn't realise the big pots were that many syns!!!:eek:
