    Pasta Recipes

    Try bulking it out with loads of veggies (mushrooms, celery, courgette leeks etc..), loads of flavour (paprika, marjoram, chilli, basil etc...) and using a low fat sauce (can of tinned tomatoes or drizzle of oil) ...and it might actually be a healthier meal than you think ;)

    Supplements...?

    Don't know if this is much help to you but Sage is said to be high in vitamin B complex...ever though about adding it to your diet instead of taking a suppliment? :)

    Try fresh fruit with a dollop of low fat yogurt, sprinkled with cinnamon! the fruit and the cinnamon have loads of health benefits!

    Sounds like your doing well, try some natural metabolism boosters in the meals your cooking for yourself i.e. cayenne pepper etc? :)

    A little tip I have found, try adding natural metabolism boosters such as cayenne pepper and cumin to your food/drinks. The fact that they are natural energy boosters is a bonus too! If you go on herbs and spice site you can usually read their health benefits. I am loving fruit and cinnamon...

    Cinnamon toast is my favourite! :) Use seeded wholegrain bread to toast, spread with low lat plain yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
