    don't give up just draw a big line under it and start a fresh , last Christmas I ate loads and when I got weighed I had lost 2 pound I was the only one to loose that week everyone thought I had not ate but I had !!!! lol

    Lost my weight and got to target and now back to square one a year later :(

    I lost 2.5 stone last year got to target have put a stone back on, I went to group for a couple of months then stopped my own fault I should have kept going, back on plan now though doing it myself from home keep going we will get back to target x

    I eat breakfast and a main meal at night , the rest of the day I eat little and often I find that works better for me, I usually save 5 syns for night while watching tv , as every advert seems to be about food lol

    Opinions / suggestions on my daily diet / exercise....

    I think variety is the key, I usually plan lunch and dinner for the week and try and stick to it making sure not to eat the same every day, I have 5 different cereals to hand also so I can change every day

    That's ok , keep going its worth it, I got to target over a year ago lost nearly three stone, have put a stone back on so back on plan to try and shift it, my own fault went back to old habbits, but hopefully back on track now x

    I think the bran flakes will help, I think it will pass I had this when I started , your body will get used to the diet change drinking plenty of fluids will also help. My friend had bloating quite bad she drank hot water and lemon she said it worked well.

    In the slimming world extra easy cookbook there are some really great recipies in there especially for the slow cooker, I buy a fresh stewpack of vedge from the supermarket already prepared add some meat and a stock cube makes a lovely meal , also its good for making chilli con carne...

    yes I did see that recipie thought I might try it, I think it helps if you vary meals every day otherwise boredom can set in, I use my slow cooker a lot for chilli stews etc

    I used to do a lot of red days, yes they do make you feel less bloated , I am on extra easy now I try not to eat bread , but do like my potatoes Jackets sw chips etc. yes food adverts at night should be banned lol

    I agree I think its boredom too, I don't think about food much in the day , but at night watching TV especially when things like masterchef are on its quite hard, will have to take up knitting again!!!! ha my first thought when I wake up is cereal fruit and a yog lol
