Help working out calories

    Diet:
    calorie Counting
    Hi can anyone help me work out how many calories I need to loose weight I am 5 foot 3 and 11 stone 5 would like to loose a stone cant get my head around the workings out!!!! would like a 2 pound loss a week if I can

    thanks for your help I am new to this CC

    Work out your BMR and then your daily calorific needs (same website)

    BMR Calculator

    Then set yourself up a MyFitnessPal account and start logging EVERYTHING you eat and drink. You'll soon find your balance :)
