    I always have a good week if I eat lots of baked beans and strawberries - not together lol! I'm also really into bike ridding but I only see 1/2 lb difference in a week of doing lots of cycling to a week of not cycling. So i think the exercise makes you feel better and pulls all the skin...

    Salad dressings

    We use a very very simple on which we have on top of cous cous salad which is literally Fat free yogurt squeeze of lemon and then mint finely chopped and mixed together! Very fresh and quick to whip up :)

    You can do this with Alpen light bars on the bottom as well which would be a healthy extra B !:flirt2: very very tasty :) and for a treat (i know its not syn free thou) stir through one of the Options Hot Chocolate sachets which are a couple of syns Total worth it :p and very YUMMY :drool:

    thank you! Might have to try that one :) made the chocolate one yesterday morning with just a chunk of courgette in it, it was ok whilst it was warm but as soon as it cooled down its wasnt good! Although you couldn't taste the courgette you got the texture through which wasn't to bad!

    i'm the same at the moment i'm using about 10-13 a day either on a treat or in a meal like extra gravy :) I have about 7 st still to go till my desired target so as it gets harder to loose will drop down to help it along. Well i'm hoping this will help lol don't want to just have 5 a day now...
