    Yes lol im getting marrieeddd....2lbs a week ssounds ok i suppose i just hopeed to lose more as some people lose more than 3lbs in a week so i wonder how they do that.....im even going to the gym like 5 days a week.....do you thi nk it could be that im using up all of my syns?

    I did soo well in my first week following extra easy and only lost 2.5lbs....im in my second week now and i hope to lose 3 or even 2.5 will be ok....i did see on youtube this lady who wasnt losing a lot on exrra easy and she went on red days for a week and lost 7lbs!!!!!
