Starting slim fast diet

    Hi all im starting my slim fast diet today I used to do lipotrim and lost nearly 3 stone but couldnt carry on with it cos I love food too much l. Im back now af 17 and a half stone to lose some weight on slim fast :)

    I had my morning bottle shake at 10:15 and am now having one at 13:09....I feel ok so far

    Good luck! I'm starting in the morning and actually looking forward to it. I've tried the usual diet clubs etc but suffer with binge eating so need something that I don't have to think about/plan much to take the emphasis off food. Keep updating I'd be interested to see how you find it

    Hii thankyouu..
    I had a snack at about half 3...a slim fast cheddar cheese biscuits and had my dinner at half 6....I really looked fforward to it.....I even had a low fat trifle :eek::rolleyes::D

    Hii soo its day 2 of slim fast...I weighed myself this morning and I forgot to weigh myself yesterday:(
    My weight is 17:3
    Soo this morning I had a shake at about 10; 20.

    Yesterday was a good day I went for a walk for abt 10 mins....:D yes yes I know everyones prob like 10 mins???? But I was walking up steep hills so I was really tired by the end. I will also be starting my aerobics plus walking to tone up....might aswell seen as I only work weekends :p

    Day 3 of slim fast....started off my morning with a shake and then had another one at lunch its getting easier I must say....I have a lot of stomach problems so my stomach has been fine with this diet and I look forward to each meal especially my evening one :p I couldnt exercise though as it is the TOTM :thumbdown::banghead: stayed in bed as I wasnt well and for my evening meal I had grilled chicken with a small amount of rice and boiled veg....mmmmm it was sooo yummy

    Ok soo its been a while and in my first week I lost 8 pounds and now in my second weigh in I lost 3 pounds and im still sticking to this diet and it was hard in the beginning but its getting easier.....im still walking everyday for abt 45 mins....I should be starting my home dvd workouts soon cos I cant afford gym.....byee fr now:)
