    On day five....

    You must keep your mind thinking I am doing this for a reason. Stick with it no pain no gain as they say. I'm only 5lbs of my target weight and its coming of slowly now but you will get there in the end. Just keep thinking I CAN AND WILL DO THIS . It's all sheer determination , good luck !!

    If your sticking to under 900 cals you should be fine. Are you still drinking plenty of water and doing some exercise? I'm refeeding tomorrow and am a bit anxious about eating again.

    Day 7 and really struggling

    Just stick at it, it really does get easier. You'll feel so much better tomorrow after your weigh in. It's all worth it in the end , that's what I keep telling myself. I'm on day 22 now and am feeling so much better about myself.

    Because I'm on three a day I take mine as breakfast lunch and dinner I don't know how I would take the two. But I do take my morning one about an hour and a half after I get up.

    Does any body else find that they are waking up a lot earlier . I'm not sure if its the heat effecting me or it actually is the LT diet. I'm not normally one for getting up before 7:30 but 6 o'clock each morning is starting to get on my nerves lol.
