    Today's breakfast was on the run but managed to grab a couple of alpen bars and a snack pack of grapes washed down with a black coffee. Not ideal but at least I stayed on track!

    Is it wrong that I found quite a few of those things not completely repulsive and would maybe give them a go? Apart from the Wendy's pretzel burger, had a Wendy's on my last trip to America and it was swimming in grease, now there's not much that I won't eat, but I just couldn't do it!

    20 minutes so far today although that was whilst carrying around a 20 Kg dumbell tree! I'd underestimated the weight so left the car when I picked it up from Argos, oops! Starting 30 day shred later so should increase that by 30 minutes!

    Just picked up a big box full of cherries (and I mean big) from Tesco should have been £5 reduced to £2.25 cherries are fresh, sweet and juicy, total bargain!!

    Twinings have a new range of silky bags, which seem to give a much stonger, fuller flavour than ordinary bags. Their gingersnap peach and mint humbug flavours are absolutely amazing!

    Co-Op's range of light salad dressing are 1/2 syn per tbsp. The Caesar and honey mustard are lovely. Failing that I go for the Helmanns fat free vinaigrette
