    I joined almost 2 weeks ago and was given 10 syns per day!! I don't know if there is any reason for this but I only list 1lb on my first week so maybe it was best I didn't have 15 lol :)

    Extra Easy Slimming world newbie - first mistake!

    Like everyone else says, do not punish yourself about this, its probably the worst thing you could do. Just get right back on track, I bet you will still see a weight loss next week if you do...good luck :)

    Cutting Back On Coffee Make A Difference?

    I drink lots of coffee too and so far not affecting my weight loss as long as you count your milk, you should be ok. Plus the caffeine helps prevent gallstones and gout if you are losing weight so I am going with that...it is helping not hindering :)
