I have just lost 1lb taking me to 12st 13lb so hope to join you to get into the 11's
I lose very slowly so will be here a good while but look forward to seeing all your progress too for motivation :)

I joined almost 2 weeks ago and was given 10 syns per day!!
I don't know if there is any reason for this but I only list 1lb on my first week so maybe it was best I didn't have 15 lol :)
Thanks jogirl, yeah I have kind of being doing the diet for a week before I went to class so it could be that.

Yes I did do a food diary but just had to hand it in, I had loads of superfree too i would say close to half as opposed to 1/3!!
I have been drinking lots but not much plain water so will try that too.
I suppose even if I lose 1lb a week I would be happy with...
Well, I am a bit disappointed as in my first weigh in I list 1lb.
I was 100% and felt I deserved a bit more but onwards and downwards. Hoping for more next week.

I have my first weigh-in on Wednesday too and jumped in the scales on Sunday only to find I had put on 1.5lbs aaarrrgggghhh!!
My hubby just laughed as if it served me right for stepping on the scales (even though my scales are pretty accurate).

Yes I think you are right that class is the best way to go, and for me it's good to have a bit of motivation knowing someone else can see my weight lol.

You are doing great so far. I am not starting back until class on Wednesdy but always remember that when I had reall bad cravings...I would make a huge batch of slimming world chips and eat them with salt and vinegar, always seemed to work for me (I am not a huge sweet fan though!!)

It says on the website that you ca have 175mls of Alpro chocolate drink with calcium or 250mls of Alpro chocolate light soya drink.
There is nothing with the words "shake" so I am not sure if it is the same thing or not...

Oh I would ove to lose a total of 2 1/2 stone by christmas (lost 5.5lb so far in past 2 weeks), so hope I can jump on the bandwagon :)

Like everyone else says, do not punish yourself about this, its probably the worst thing you could do.
Just get right back on track, I bet you will still see a weight loss next week if you do...good luck :)
I drink lots of coffee too and so far not affecting my weight loss as long as you count your milk, you should be ok.
Plus the caffeine helps prevent gallstones and gout if you are losing weight so I am going with that...it is helping not hindering :)
