    Tuesday Weighers

    I lost 1lb this week, it was my 2nd weigh in and I am over the moon. I lost 3lb in my first week and during last week I went through a really tough time family wise and drank about 250 syns!! (not at once) so to have lost anything I am so pleased. Congrats all of you for your losses too.

    Seriously, I think I must be an alcoholic. Food wise I have really embraced SW and have found it quite easy to follow. But I can't seem to keep my syns to the required level and it's all because I love a drink!! Any tips?

    Well done on a great healthy first week a great boost to your weight loss. You must feel fantastic. Once you settle in to your diet things would probably even out a bit I would imagine. I don't know much about a VLCD but sounds good to me. Best of luck.
