Hello all, been thinking about joining SW for a while and was at my first meeting last night. Have done quite a bit of research online over the last week or so, and this place keeps coming up with answers I am after so I thought I would join in and stay for a while.

Ouch first post and my stats are visible to the world!! Didn't realise that would happen, then again it's all out there now nothing to hide, yes I am over 17 stone, but hopefully not for much longer. Looking forward to sharing some tasty ideas with you all.

Welcome to SW . How are you getting on so far ? It's a great plan. Try not to worry about where you are starting from (easy to say I know) but look forward to where you are going. Set yourself small targets and celebrate your successes. Move on from your stumbles (although try to learn lessons for the future) and good luck.
