found a red day recipe on line - and free if don't use flour and/or fat is this right ? not sure if liver if 'lean enough' but hopefully it is OK ..........

I can only seem to find recipes for the EE plan .... Do I have to syn it if eaten on a Red day ??? (cooked without fat etc) thanks

We have a small take away restaurant in our village - son has a margarita pizza once a week and I can't resist a slice or 2 ... its not very large and not greasy etc so think I shall count it as 15 sins per slice - what do you think ?

my mum in law makes couscous but I doubt it can be called free can't buy ready made couscous here - does anyone have a recipe ? Please message me if you do ...

thanks for the info unfortunately where I now live we can't get muller - light or light anything so for health a full fat natural yoghurt is my best choice even though I have to syn it

Good luck. It can be very difficult .... if you know u're going to a 'do' where there will be these things try to save up lots of syns for the day and eat a big free salad before going out You can still enjoy but hopefully it will lessen how much you indulge
