If you can give me the following I will try and work it out for you.

Per 100g and per slice. It may have the info for a slice too#

kcal, Protein, Carbs, total fat.

I can then work it out per 100g and per slice.

I can then work it out per 100g and per slice.
It's not slices I don't think, as the OP said it wasn't bread.

It will be 1 Syn per every 20 calories if that helps :)
