    Yeah I agree, last time I lost the weigh after my 2nd baby I lost 2st without exercise and then started 3x a wk to get another 7lb off but really toned up. Now after my 4th baby I'm starting all over again

    I'm a size 16 currently and have got down from a 16 to size 10 before after losing a total of 2.5st. This time I am only 2st from my size 10 size!?! Confused so am I!? 4 kids later my body will never be the same again anyway x

    I believe that in moderation treats biscuits cakes whatever are fine for children to have and if they don't learn to moderate treats they might to, like my mum, like me, end up overweight and with a binge habit.

    You know what I've just realised... I haven't been giving myself the praise I deserve! 28th dec I was 174lbs to date I'm 166lbs that's an 8lb loss in 3 week!!! 1lb this week 1.5 last week 5.5lb my 1st week (which actually showed a 0.5 gain over Xmas) so I confused myself, whoop to me!!

    Ah thanks. I know it has health benefits and seen that a lot on here drinking it and wondered if it helped their weight loss too. Never had it, but I don't drink enough during the day, maybe 1/2 tea and 1pt water so my aim is to up the fluids this week, considered green tea

    Good yeah, toast and peanut butter, ravioli for dinner and chilli and rice for tea. Had small bar of choc from aldi out of my syns today too. Said no to bottle of wine when husband offered to get one on way home, that's good going for me! Happy day :)
