    Bit of a wobble this evening :-(

    Weigh in - Week One

    Week one I lost 4.9lb :-) that was via Calorie counting and healthy eating... I just had a quick peek on the scales ( I know I shouldn't ) and it says I've gained 1lb since Monday ;-( not sure how so I'm telling myself ifs muscle from working out?
