    More superfree, look at your portion sizes and/or mix up your days from red/green and EE. lb a week is a good steady amount though hun, they say the slower you loose it the longer you keep it off ;)

    Must be honest, if I don't see a loss on the scales, I check my measurements and usually see inch loss instead, which is nice coz u can see the results even though it's not reflected on the scales!! well done :)

    They say to try and have up to 15 syns a day, but I know lots of minis are like you and work them out over the week. See how it goes for a few weeks and if your losses are good, you doing it right, if they slow down then look again and change it around. We are all different what works for me...

    Thank you, I did try hard to be good, although my OH was trying hard to tempt me with cookies, at nearly 100cals for 1 cookie, i opted for 2 rich tea's instead, not quite the same, but I felt as though I was included and it meant I had 2 instead of 1!!
