Oh exercise maybe outta window tho as got neck pain going into my shoulder blade and down my left arm x gonna ring docs to get advice x

Been to docs and its a strained muscle and I got to do stretching exercises but if it no better in a month to go back xx

Well I had to WI a day early, as I'm away for the weekend. I've been away on holiday so a gain of 4lbs - but as I had a sneaky WI straight off the plane, which came in at plus 9lbs, I think the final plus 4 isn't too bad!

Bit nervous for weigh in tomorrow. Had a meal out on Tuesday highly synful. The rest of week cut back on syns so hopefully I've done enough. The mirror is a terrible guide for weight loss, one minute I feel like I've lost and next time feeling fat.

I've lost a pound and a quarter. I love how my scales measures quarters just to confuse me. Test my maths in the morning.Very pleased as have been stuck for a couple of weeks and needed a boost.
