    I go to Tescos - they have the WW stuff - meals, cakes etc. and they have their own light choices too - which have WW points calculated on the packaging !

    hi, on points calculator it is 5 points. thats if all that fat is sat fat, which it prob isn't. so i guess less than five points? hope that helps

    i am def not an expert, but the tesco light choices scones are 3 points each. they are quite small ! i reckon you are right, a large one from a cafe must be around 5 points
