How many miles can you walk or run before Christmas?

I set myself a 40 mile challenge last week. Got to 32 miles and then have had two days where I've had stuff on, so still got to meet that 40 mile.

    The dreaded star week!

I've not had a period since my first week on SW, not sure if it's menopausal or just the various stresses I'm currently dealing with, however I feel like I need a good period to drain off some bloating and give me a good loss as I feel like I've come to a standstill lately.

I will do my best. I have stepped up my walking (no pun intended) and did 24,760 steps yesterday. That is over 11 miles according to my pedometer. I'm also drinking lots of water. I will shrug my shoulders and get on with it, you have to try, don't you?

Extra Easy Getting Over a Gain

I also think I need to cut down on the free and hike up the superfree, although I am filling my plate properly etc etc, I don't know...

I'm losing weight because the GP referred me to the Practice Nurse, my blood sugar is high, not quite diabetic,my cholesterol is high, I've piled weight on over the past few years because of changes to my job, bad habits, mental illness and lack of interest in myself. I've enjoyed eating what...

I love the Brocolli & Cheese one, always have. I didn't know it was 1/2 a syn though! I'll still eat them, they're a lovely bit of stodge when you're fed up of vegetables and salad, although I usually pad them out with additional veg.

    Extra Easy Panicking now

Hi. It's my first week and I've resisted climbing on any scales up till today when I went on my mum's scales. They read exactly the same as they did a week ago, which is very disheartening. Particularly as I've followed the plans carefully. If it were different scales I could understand...

    The dreaded star week!

It's my first week of Slimming World, and it's my star week too... I'm dreading getting weighed because 1: I'm not sure if I've done it right. 2: I'm on star week and I've bloated and craving like mad. I've been drinking a lot of water with lemon in to 'cleanse' so *fingers crossed* that I keep...

Hi, my name is Susan. I'm 46 yrs old and have been overweight for most of my life. It's not really bothered me being larger, but lately I've had health issues and my GP referred me to a Health Trainer to look at getting healthier. Apparently all my health issues (cholesterol, pre-diabetes...
