    I am doing cd 2nd week. Before it I was starting to try and add excerise. I am a managing dog walking but don't think I could do a class. I want to do some weights I order to build muscle and up metabolic rate for post diet really. Also I think I could tolerate this exercise. Will this work...

    Thanks both I have been religious about drinking 3-4 litres water, maybe that's helping. I will defio keep it up just getting nervous as desperate for a good result to keep the motivation up . Love this forum

    Nearly through second day of sole source. Products are fine missing food. Can't wait to see my first weight loss. Looking for some people to cheer me on 3.5 stone to lose. Lost five stone and put 2 back on with sw. Need to sort it quick before I get into the fat rut. Giving cd a go x
