    Hi!! Welcome!! Yay, well done!! My top tip would be to find a way to stay motivated.. whether it's a countdown to the weddings, hanging up the dress you need to fit into, colouring in something as you lose weight or "pounds to lose/pounds lost" jars. Things like that keep me focussed :)

    Well make sure that line is drawn and don't look back at that gain, focus on the here & now.. I put 3 & half stone back on and it was hard to bet back in the zone but it's because I was looking at where I had been not where I was going xx good luck for Monday

    I'm glad you're still determined Ellie, sometimes when you get a gain and you've been spot on it can be disheartening but I used to find my week after star week was a brill one so keeo going! :) I lost 1lb, wanted more but did eat a fair amount before weigh in

    I went to Zumba today.. The leggings kept rolling down my belly because they're too small and when I lifted my arms my belly was just out :( embarrassing so would quite like to be thinner so that doesn't happen anymore
