Hello! I know that eggs are superfree foods, but if I were to make up egg mayonnaise using no more than a tablespoon of Hellmans extra light mayonnaise, which has a syns value of 1/2, would it still only contain 1/2 syn? I'm new to all this and still trying to get my head around the syns...
