    Hi,

Me and my husband have just started the Slimming World diet but we're not part of a club. We both started today and I have to say I'm struggling...well, I wouldn't have been had I realised the syns value in a glass of pure orange juice before I drank it! Anyway, food has been on my mind all day, and I was just looking through my cupboard and found a jar of Maltesers hot chocolate. Does anyone know how many syns there are in a mug? I'm desperate for something chocolatey but don't have the syns points for anything!

    Thanks in advance,
    Helen.

Hmm...5 Syns. I think I've overdone it today because of the juice, but I will remember it for the future! I do like a mug of hot chocolate, and will definately pick up some Options when I do the shopping.

    Thanks :)
