:8855:I agree try ss+ as this allows you a 220cal meal in the evening this will help so much.. Just remember if you do need to eat then make sure it is protein only (ham, chicken, fish) as you will remain in keltosis.. Good luck.. I start back tomorrow on SS+ and cannot wait..

The old plan is so much better I have tried the new plan twice brought the new books and signed up on line and I cannot get to grips with it... I am starting back on the old system tomorrow

I have tried both and lost the most on Slimming World. Am on slimming world at the moment but am struggling as sweet things/snacks are so so limited. I like the fact that weight watchers really take into account the excercise you do but the weight loss is a little slower. What do you all...

I have started slimming world today and cannot find my book with all the syns in. Can anyone tell me what other yoghurts are syn free apart from most of the muller lites. Thanks:jelous:
