Same hear just can't stop eating x

Hi everyone :) starting again as of today. 12 stone 2 lb can't wait to reach my goal. Slow but steady is the answer I'm hoping x

Well done every one this week, I lost 1.5 lb taking me to 12.1 and half nearly their :)x

Hi everyone I'm back at slimming world today after 2 babies and a long break, now weigh 12.9 and want to get down to 9.7 good luck everyone let's get out of this zone quickly lol x

Their lovely and can be halved and have chips with them or wedges (4 syns for whole meal) and I really don't mind using syns on meals if its lovely as it stops me from snacking lol I can never stop at one bag of crisps :D x

My banana is still in the freezer as I tried it with a hand blender and it did not touch it lol, so off to my mams if a few days with my bananas in toe as she has a proper blender :D can't wait to try x

Yes :( it hurts so much when they leave but the way I looked at it they have to go to a home, so why not a good home where they can live out a great life :D this is my pup (well now 2) I love him so much and he's a spoilt pooch, you never forget your other pooches but it makes it worth while...

I think it depends on what kind of relationship you have. My mam always cooks for my dad and cooks and prepares every meal when he's on slimming world. Which doesn't mean she's treating him like a child, it was just the done thing up until recently. Still a lot of couples choose to do this and...

Also if he loves pizza theirs a great way to make it with warbutons wraps and very healthy Their huge filling and just pop on what he likes :) x

Sorry to hear about your husbands health, I think the trick hear is to show your husband it's not all about eating veg, I can't stand veg too and still find loads to eat. You could try and make tuna pasta bake, rice dishes, stuffed peppers, omelette, curries or slimming world chips with meat...

I'm not on meal replacements but had wlsurgery and I recently had this due to constipation, drink loads of water and get some stool softeners. If it keeps happening a trip to gp to get it sorted and checked, I'm now on daily medication through docs and the bleeding has gone :) x

Ye we are so lucky in Newcastle we have loads of beaches, kids still love paddling pools though :) I have one of them shell ones with half of it filled with sand and can put the other half with water. I filled it up around 3 months ago and my daughter saturated the sand, it's still drying out...

Any holiday village's by first choice, I went to turkey and egypt and my sister is currently at Egypt one again. All look fab :) or splash hotels but I think only if you have older kids as wouldn't like to be in a water park for 7-14 days lol x

You could probably do with more baby grows as they tend to vomit quite a bit of mucus up for a few days after birth, think I went through about 6 lol x

I had surgery 4th jan and can eat normally, I would tell your niece to go back to her provider if she is over 6 weeks post op as she should be on normal food, if anyone is thinking about wlsurgery they have their own forum that used to be on hear but got too big so it is now wlsurgery .com just...

They get lonely if you just get one, just make sure you go to someone who is experienced in sexing them and get 2 girls as you don't want to pay money for neutering x

Hi my mam has ms and alternates between ww and slimming world, she does have very slow weight losses with both, so would be interesting to see if it does affect weight loss x
