Not long now til me first weigh-in since I joined. It's rather strange but I keep thinking " I haven't lost any, how can I have lost anything" but I guess I'll have to wait and see, maybe I'll be suprised.

Sainsbury's are doing boxes of their own brand caramel slices at 1.49 at the moment, the little square ones that are about an inch by an inch. Any idea of the syns on one of this...I dread to think but my husband has some and they look so good :p
I've eaten soooooo much fruit lately and I don't think I was prepared for the uh....bowel changes..:p

I only started SW on Tuesday and I still have a sainsbury's basic white chocolate bar in my cupboard. I have no idea of the Syn value and I have no intention of eating it until I'm sure it won't cost me any weightloss. Any idea on own brand chocolate?
