I only joined on Tuesday evening but I think I'm doing okay so far. Lets see....
Wednesday's food was a green day ~

If anyone can give tips, advice or corrections on the last two days that would be great!
I feel really full each day and always feel like I've eaten too much, the wonder of fruit and veg and a proper diet eh?! ;)

I've eaten soooooo much fruit lately and I don't think I was prepared for the uh....bowel changes..:p

Not long now til me first weigh-in since I joined. It's rather strange but I keep thinking " I haven't lost any, how can I have lost anything" but I guess I'll have to wait and see, maybe I'll be suprised.
I feel like I'm always eating sooooo much.
Saturday I had an EE day

I'm finding it reallt hard not to buy and devour chocolate bar after chocolate bar but I made myself some very tasty Cajun wedges and they were really good and all free!!!:D
