Sorry for what might be a potentially stupid question. I am doing SS+ and dipped my urine earlier today and I had ++ketones in it, dipped my urine about 1 hour later after drinking about 3/4 litre of water and I had only a trace of ketones in, I haven't had anything or done anything to take me...

my main reason for doing this is for fertility reasons, to get pregnant, to stay pregnant this time and to minimise risks during pregnancy. Also I really want to buy some jeans.
