i usually sleep like a baby but i waken alot to use the bathroom when im at slimming world then it takes me ages getting over again i just feel full of life and could pull the house down cleaning but think my hubby would have something to say about that lol. i was thinking it might b the food...

hi is anyone else having trouble sleeping cant really get to sleep and when i do seems as if im sleeping for hours and its maybe only a hour has this something to do with my eating plan as i wasnt like this before i started slimming world.
