I have trouble sleeping, but it is all the time and usually comes in the form of a snoring Hubby and a 3 year old Daughter that wakes up at 3.10 if her day has upset her!

Awww hun periods of bad sleep SUCK!

I'm not sleeping well atm, but I'm putting it down to the fact we're in the spare room whilst we decorate ours (I never sleep well when things are different).

At the start of the plan I was exhausted but it was only for a couple of weeks. I soon settled down. If anything I sleep more now than I used to!

How long have you been on plan for? Have a look at your diary and check you're not cutting too much out of diet as this will make you tired and will affect your body.

Also, even though you don't feel stressed, are you? Is work/money/life in general causing you stresses at the mo?

When I have bad bouts of sleep I always try to get some RnR - have a nice bubble bath, hot drink before bed and if money allow, a facial or something at the local beauty place.

i usually sleep like a baby but i waken alot to use the bathroom when im at slimming world then it takes me ages getting over again i just feel full of life and could pull the house down cleaning but think my hubby would have something to say about that lol. i was thinking it might b the food im eating.
I usually sleep like the dead, but occasionally I will have a few nights when for no good reason I can't get to sleep. I usually take Valerina, which is a herbal remedy based on valerian. I find that usually works - I only need to take it for one or two nights and I get back to normal. You can get it at Boots and loads of other places.

But do check first if you are taking any medication.
