    just worked out the loss on a weight calculator on the web and my loss is actually 5.5lbs So feels slightly better. I'm not convinced the woman who weighed me was all that up on converting kilos to pounds as took her a couple of goes. Also kept asking was i sure i hadn't cheated!!! I think...

    Did anyone lose more the second week?

    Basically just wondered if anyone has lost more the second week than the first? Had a crap lost for first week so really hoping next week will be better or may as well not bother :cry: :cry::sigh:

    :cry:Just had first weigh in and have only lost 5lbs!!!! Totally gutted. I have been so good and not cheated and followed the plan to the letter.....i might as well do WW or SW and stick to that if thats the best i can do.....Going to give it one more week :wave_cry:

    Well day 6 is almost done and i feel soooo much better today than yesterday. Not sure if it was the weekend that seemed so hard or what?! Anyway went with my friend today as she gets weighed on a monday, it was her first weigh in and she lost 13lbs!! Mine will be wednesday and i really hope i do...

    Day 2 done!!

    On day five now and still feeling strong. Weird going to Tesco to do weekly shop for family but determined not to give up. Yesterday went over to my daughters for BBQ, everyone was eating and having wine but i just enjoyed the smells and thought of how pleased i hopefully will be at weigh in...

    Day 2 done!!

    Well thats day 2 done and dusted and i don't feel bad at all. I know the next few days will be the killers but i am feeling very positive. I'm lucky as my friend is doing this with me and we are constantly on the phone supporting each other. I'm going to make a point of checking in on here...

    Decide to have chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with tesco very low fat garlic and herb cheese (bit like philly) does anyone know if i can use it as a hx b choice or do i need to syn it and if so how much? until i checked my books i thought i could use it as a b choice but now not sure...

    i did do sw a few years ago and got to target weight so i know it can work. the thing now is trying to get my head round the extra easy. it just seems wrong to have so much choice on free food. honestly im not moaning about it, just confused as to how it can work:confused: enjoying too...

    Third time of joining, managed to get to target last time and then just chunked it and more back on!!! this time i will get to target and stay there! going to try a few days of extra easy as that wsn't around last time
