Hi i've just got a question i was lookin on the sw website and ground polenta used as flour is 5 syns per 28g so would these muffins now be high in syns???

one of my favourites as its quick and easy 1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1tsp chilli powder 2tbsp tikka powder 1tsp of each of ground ginger and corriander 1 pkt quorn pieces 1 tin of tomatoes 1 Tin baked beans 1 carton passata 1tsp sweetner 5tbsp v.l.f fromage frais 250ml water...
