Hi Clair, Thank you very much. Yeah, I guess its better off than on. As I type this Starlight is trying to fix my ticker for me. I am such a techno-phobe. No idea about computers, other than how to email and shop. :) I am trying to do it on my own just now. Can't really manage to classes...

    Deb's Diary

Had my weigh in today and lost 1lb. Not great, but considering the week I have had it's a bonus. I really thought I would have put some on. Going shopping today to get more of the RIGHT foods in and not chocolate biscuits and the likes. Onward and upward. Still hoping to get a big amount...

    Deb's Diary

Hi Clair, Thankyou. Well, this week has been a total disaster.:break_diet: I started off the week not too bad, but have steadily gone down hill. I am dreading weighing myself on Monday, as I know I have probably put on. Woke up this morning and made up my mind to give it a right good go...

    Well Done Debs :)

Thankyou everyone, :thankyou: It was a great day and the atmosphere is always fantastic. It is for such a good cause and so many people have been touched by cancer. It is a very emotional day, but worth it. I have to be honest and say I did not do much training for it, but still managed to do...

    Starting Over

Hiya, I lost three pounds this week, but unfortunately cannot remember my pin, so cannot update my ticker. Nightmare, 'cause I was really looking forward to seeing it move.

    Deb's Diary

Well, I had my first weigh in today and lost 3lb's. :scale: I found it quite easy at the beginning of the week to get into the diet and then come the weekend I lost it a bit. :o I could probably have lost more if I had been really good all week and could kick myself for my slip. But I guess 3lbs...

    Starting Over

Counted my points up and included the biscuits and it was still within my limit. In fact I managed to save one point. Have managed to stay away from the biscuits and seem to be doing ok. Using my WW cook book every day. Made spaghetti and meatballs from it last night and they were actually quite...

    Starting Over

Thank you ladies for making me feel so welcome. Well off to a bad start right away. At toddler group this morning with my 3yr old and had a couple of choc biscuits. Nightmare. Although I am hoping I have not totally blown it today. Will try to include them in my points or make up for it...

    Starting Over

We will have the last laugh. Especially if we get our weekend we are hoping for. ;) He could be doing with losing a few pounds himself. He just loves the WW dinners, 'specially my aubergine parmiagana. :D

Fallen off the weight watchers wagon

That's what's wrong. If you are not eating your full point amount then it won't work. I am on 22 points a day, I think. You have to eat all your points. I can't believe you don't eat all your points. You must be starving. I can so easily eat my points, and if I have any left at the end of the...

    Starting Over

Thankyou for your replies, ladies. I am feeling motivated at the moment and hopefully I can keep it up. Big WW shop tonight and then get started. I have just been talked into doing the Moon Walk next year by one of my neighbours. She says that should give me some motivation. Have to be fit for...

Fallen off the weight watchers wagon

Hiya, No I am not going to a meeting. I have all the stuff from last time, so I am just going to do it on my own. What I have done is sit down with the books and written out meal planners for each day of the week. I then wrote down my shopping list for the week which I am going to do tonight...

    Starting Over

That's a cue for a song if I ever there was one. Just to introduce myself. I have been a serial dieter for many many years and have now decided something really has to be done. I am a mother of two boys, which in itself should keep me slim, but I am a self-confessed carb and choc junkie. :( I...

Fallen off the weight watchers wagon

Hi Bethany, Ok, you may not lose all the weight you want to lose, but if you really stick to it now you could lose a fair amount by October. There is a full four months till then, so think 2lbs per week. That's a good 32lbs by then. And even if it is not quite 32lbs, then it is still a big loss...

Fallen off the weight watchers wagon

Hi Bethany, I have not joined in yet to any of the discussions, but feel I have to give my friend support. Starlight just happens to be one of my closest and dearest friends and I can back her weight loss 100%. You can visibly see a huge difference in her. I was supposed to start the WW diet...
