Who has been on Cambridge the longest?

I was on it for a year and got up to 1200 calories but decided to do it alone as I went off the flavour of the shakes. (I just used tetras as I got so beyond the powder shakes.) I lost four stone on CD all together, I doubt I could ever go back to it though. It does work, very well but the...

    Do you have PCOS?

That is the same as me! When I was a C-section the surgeon kept asking questions about ectopic pregnancy and I had had none of that. He later said that where it was supposed to grow, it hadn't. It explained a lot about hormonal imbalance. Also explains on every ultrasound I've had, that over the...

    Do you have PCOS?

I have PCOS, I was diagnosed when I was 19 and had started to pile weight on, acne and extreme facial hair. I was told I didn't even ovulate so couldn't have children. Yet I fell on 2 years ago quite by accident! ;) I've had electrolysis for the facial hair and that worked for a while but the...

Lost too much on week 1??

I have always found on any diet plan you lose the most in the first week. Congratulations though, it isn't too fast for your body otherwise you'd have not lost as much. :D

    hi

I too considered surgery, so right now I know how you feel. Get as much information as you can, try to keep as clear head as you can and ask as many questions as you can. You can do this, you just need to find a bit of courage and the world is your oyster. :) Goodluck! Bec x

    Let's get crackin!

Hello all! I'm new here, though joined last year whilst I was doing Cambridge. I lost 4 stone and maintained that but put on half a stone over christmas, however I stopped using CD back in August as I got a bit fed up with just drinking the shakes. My counsellor kept saying that I shouldn't...
