    Basically, I've had my first weigh in and lost a stone and don't get me wrong I was over the moon but now I just can't get motivated to stick at it...Feel really down in the dumps..:cry:

    thanks everyone for your support! Still feeling hungry today but will solider on! I'm drinking alot of water..I constantly have a bottle with me and just drink from it. I hope it get better! You're all very inspiring xx

    Hello Everybody bit afraid to start!
