Well I'm no professional on this but I do understand your situation. I found my weight loss came to a near halt for a couple of weeks as well, then I came across accelerated exercises. My god! They have kick started it all up again!
The WII is a great way to lose weight. Ever since I picked one up during the summer I've been making it part of my routine.
The results are great. Alongside my accelerated fat buring diet makes it foolproof! The pounds are flying off me!:D
