    Newbie to LLL

    Thanks for your replies guys. When you say watch your veggie portion do you mean I need to make sure I'm not eating more than the 'cereal bowl' recommended? I thought veggies were so low in calories i didn't matter much... Also - does anyone know why we can't have red peppers or sugar free mints?

    Anyone else started LLL this week?

    Also new! Hi guys, I started on tuesday and so far so good. Anyone know how to make the shakes a little more palatable though? I find that most of them have a strange after taste - maybe I just need to get used to it!
